You play seated with your Xbox controller or keyboard and the experience is similar to what you get with a game like Subnautica. VorpX works great for some games as long as you don't have crazy expectations (it won't trurn a flat game into a full fledge VR game with room scale and motion controllers support) and that you don't get sick in VR (there are no comfort settings whatsoever).
